8.6.12...da cukup seminggu ak kt mimet ni tuk training camp dragonboat.

fuhhh...penatnya xyah nak cakap lah.tak terucap nga kata2.

penat ok lg klau nak dibandingkan nga kesakitan yg kena alami nih.

habis smua badan sakit2...dah la muka burn,,melecet lg..habis saham ak.grrrrrrr

bukan nak mengeluh nasib badan ke apa just nak lepaskan smua penat2 n sakit2

bukan sehari dua ak bersukan.da banyak sukan ak try..tpi sukan dragon boat ni mmg 

sukan yg lain dari yg lain..badan kena kuat mental kena lgi power.bukan semua boleh terima
